United Way Pledge Campaign

Matrix is committed to improving the communities where we work and live. The Company will match $0.50 of every dollar pledged by employees to the Tulsa Area United Way. We will also hold drawings for prizes based on your donor status and yearly contribution amount.

We understand that some of you are committed to other organizations. To reduce communication reminders, please indicate if you cannot pledge an amount this year.

DONATION INCENTIVES

• All donors
  All donors will go into a drawing to be eligible for one of the following prizes:
  • 49″ Ultra HD Smart LED TV, Apple Wireless Ear Buds or a Fitbit Alta Activity Tracker
  • Apple Wireless Ear Buds or a Fitbit Alta Activity Tracker
  • Fitbit Alta Activity Tracker
  • $100 VISA gift card
• First time donors
  In addition to the drawings for all donors, employees who donate for the first time will be placed in a drawing for a $100 VISA gift card.
• 5+% increase over last year
  In addition to the drawings for all donors, employees who pledge 5% or more over last year’s contribution will be placed in a drawing for two round-trip airline tickets. One set will be awarded to a Meridian Tower employee and another set to a Port of Catoosa employee.
• $500+ total yearly contribution
  In addition to the drawings for all donors, employees who donate a total of $500 or more will receive an extra PTO day.
