Construction management internships

Are you entering your junior or senior year of college with a major in Construction Management or a related field? Our Emerging Leaders internship could be the perfect opportunity to gain the real world project-based skills you need to enter the Construction Management field after graduation.

Post-internship opportunities: Emerging Leaders Program

Aside from gaining invaluable experience, interns get a glimpse into a professional career with Matrix Service Company. Outstanding interns who are future leaders in the construction industry may get an invitation to join our Emerging Leaders Program.

Upon graduation, Emerging Leaders spend two years learning our business from bidding to project completion. Learn more about the Emerging Leaders Program.

To qualify for an ELP internship, you must meet the following requirements:
  • College students entering your junior year, senior year or a Master's Program
  • Pursuit of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Science/Management or a related discipline
  • High level of initiative and a strong desire to learn and acquire new skills
